This blog is mostly for my personal journey through the mental and faith wanderings of a Doctor of Ministry program. I welcome all who wish to comment, correct, insult, laugh.......
My intent is to be too busy catching fire to the hem of my skirts, to be distracted by the blackberries.
But, Oh, sometimes, those succulent juices are sweeter than truth. To be redirected, enthralled, and filled up with the berries of life......
I guess I want both.

- I am a theologian who is planted firmly in psychology, poetics, and praxis, who seeks to bring aware connection with the Sacred within all of life. I am 47, ordained, and fully expectant that life just keeps rolln' out in bounty and abundance. Each year of living is different and new, and a joy to be part of. My husband is an acupuncturist and inventor. My sons are revolutionaries of their own sort, full of fun, honesty and a little oddness. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat. The cat is in charge. For 12 years, I was in team ministry in a church of thinkers and doers. I am now working in a seminary, helping to empower seminarians to go forth with authenticity (rather than cloaking themselves with a facade of pastors and public ministry past).
